Northwest ISD proudly congratulates Mary from Haslet Elementary School and Sofia from Worthington Middle School - our talented winners of the Northwest Reads Bookmark Contest! 📚🎨

Both Mary and Sofia were surprised in their classrooms as their families, campus staff, and district leaders gathered to celebrate their artistic achievement. Their vibrant bookmark designs were selected from numerous entries and have been professionally printed to be shared with students across the district as part of Northwest Reads on February 5.

Thank you, Mary and Sofia, for combining your creativity and love for reading to inspire fellow students to pick up a book and dive into a new story. Your artwork will help spark imagination and joy for hundreds of readers throughout NISD!
